This 40 Million Dollar City of Las Vegas Project consisted of rehabilitation of the 1933 historic building US Court House and Post Office in compliance with the Security of the Interior-Standards for Historic Rehabilitation. Demolition and removal of hazardous materials, seismic retrofit. The 40,000 S.F. Museum contains permanent and temporary Exhibit Galleries, Administrative Offices, Retail Space, Support and Event Spaces and features State-of-the-Art Interactive Technology and Exhibits. The Museum was Designed and Built to achieve LEED Silver Certification.
