This Project consisted of a Design/Build of a new Heavy Equipment Dealer/Sales Office and Service Facility which included EPA Wash Rack, 10 Ton Overhead Crane and Used Oil Furnaces were incorporated into the Design elements. Concrete Tilt-Up Structure with Steel Joist Roof System and Single Ply Roofing was used.
