City of North Las Vegas Project – This Project consisted of a Design/Build a 4,927 sq.ft., single story Maintenance Administrative Offices and a 2,550 sq.ft., single story Pre-Engineered Metal Maintenance Shop Building, Solar Power Parking Canopies, Material Storage Bins, Perimeter Site Walls, Electric Operated Gates, Pre-Engineered Vehicle Bridge and other site facilities, Road and Maintenance yard paving, Low Voltage cabling. Certified through the LEED Green Building Requirements – GOLD Status.
