This Project consisted of Construction of a new 200 room Hotel and 237,000 S.F. Casino. Work includes Sitework, Extending Water, Sewer, Electric, Gas, Telephone, Cable, Fire Hydrants to the site. Reinforced Concrete Slab on Grade Foundation, Structural Steel shell. EIFS over 16 gauge steel studs, Single Ply Roofing. New Central Plant with 4 pipe heating and cooling systems. (4) Dining Rooms w/full Kitchens, Information/Data System, Gaming Equipment, Pool Area, “The Club” Concert Entertainment Room and Landscaping along with various other features.
